You can add up to ten people in your PPN. We encourage you to include friends and family that you feel comfortable and confident in receiving your 9-1-1ELERTS. The eleventh member of your PPN is law enforcement, which is part of the agreement when you sign up for our service. If someone in your PPN ever initiates police action or files a missing persons report, 9-1-1ELERTS will work with law enforcement. After verification of the police or law enforcement authority involved in the matter, 9-1-1ELERTS will grant the authorities temporary access to your 9-1-1ELERTS account.
